A.M. update June 26

Midwife just left. I am still about 3 cm dialated. I'm having lots of show and my blood pressure is up slightly. Marilyn said that the blood pressure goes up a little when your in labor. So good signs! She said babies come at night typically, so we are praying I start contracting again soon and she comes at night.

I haven't had a contraction since about 6 a.m.

Marilyn told me to relax as much as possible, and go about my normal routine. We are doing SOMETHING!!

Hubby home now...praying I can just be left alone. Surely between mom and hubby my kids will be occupied!! The stress of them being....themselves...is really getting to me.

Oh, and Marilyn told me I had until Monday to have her or we would have to do something. Either let the Dr. we saw last week do a repeat c-section or go to Vanderbilt and fight with them to give me a trial of labor (which they will, since baby is fine and I'm fine, it'll just be a fight the whole way). Sigh. Praying this is it!!
