Hodge Podge

Thank you all for your many cell phone offers. You have no idea how much your love and support means to our family!!

Today Izzy had her 15 month old Well Child Check-up. She's 20 lbs and 32 inches long. Which puts her still at the 15% for her weight and the 97% for her height. Tall and skinny haha! Um what else. She's well above the curve developmentally. She has over 20 words and is physically developing well. Doctor Humphrey was very pleased with her progress. He would like for me to offer her an extra serving of whole milk to see if we can bump her weight up. But he said she's always been at the 15% for her weight (Maddy still is) so he isn't worried since it's better to be a little on the skinny side than the heavy side. But she's a very healthy girl! Ya!!

We are going to Knoxville tomorrow. We'll return Sunday. Nana got us all tickets to the Dixie Stampede, which will be fun!! And we hardly ever get to see that crew, so it'll be so nice!!

My neice, Brianna, had surgery at Vandy today and it was a total sucess. She's 10 and such a trooper!! My brother Sean and his wife Crystal came down yesterday and we got to hang out which was so great, I hadn't seen them since 2006!!

My friend Rachel's son, Jake, is doing really well. If you are interested in his progress, check out the Boyd Family's blog. They update daily and they would appreciate prayers!

Also, please pray for my friend Ellen. She's such an amazing woman!! She's leaving for Mexico for a mission trip. God has opened up the door for her to go. She's so excited! Please pray for her trip and that God opens minds and hearts to his word.

And please keep Justin's family in your prayers. Dot was burried today. It was a nice day. Sad, but nice. Please pray that her estate is settled quickly and peacefully and for Bobby, Justin's step dad. He is really missing her.

Ok, I have to go pack for our trip now!! THANKS FOR READING!!

~Blessings~

Leslie
